About you

As a Marketing Specialist, you're at the forefront of the action, delivering exceptional creative marketing support to an assigned broker team. You are well known for constantly delivering accurate, top-quality work for your clients. You are a "doer" and can successfully take projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You are an excellent communicator who can support multiple professionals at one time.

In this role, you will...

  • Develop and execute on strategic marketing projects from conception to finality, including pitches, RFPs, local CRE industry events, etc.

  • Develop, design, and create property marketing deliverables, including listing flyers, property signage, door clings, floor plans, site plans, property websites/landing pages, display boards, e-mail marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and more.

  • Maintain the team marketing database, frequently updating with the most recent and accurate information and activity

  • Perform reviews of externally focused deliverables for the team ensuring best in class work.

  • Stay in front of marketing trends that help to generate brand awareness and position our team and listings

  • Prioritize workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years marketing experience in the commercial real estate industry

  • High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Proficient in intermediate functions including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Experience with Smartsheets a plus

  • High level of initiative and excellent communications skills, both oral and written

  • High level of organizational skills
