We are seeking a highly motivated and strategicSenior Project Managerto join our Productivity Office within the Transformation Team. This role is critical in driving cost savings, operational efficiencies, and transformational initiatives across North America. The ideal candidate will lead high-impact projects, including cost synergy initiatives from recent acquisitions and productivity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:Independently manage and execute complex productivity and transformation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Productivity Target Management:Own the delivery of North America productivity targets, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Communicate effectively with senior leadership, functional teams, and external partners to ensure alignment, transparency, and buy-in.
  • Change Management:Drive adoption of new processes and tools, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained improvements.
  • Performance Reporting:Develop and deliver clear, data-driven updates and dashboards to track project performance and productivity outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial, project management, transformation, or operational excellence roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and productivity improvements in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience managing post-merger integration or cost synergy projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in business operations is a plus.
  • Experience in project management; adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to connect tactical execution with broader business goals.
  • Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills to support decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in influencing and driving change across diverse teams.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau).

    The expected compensation range for this position is between $105,600.00 and $176,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
