Role Summary: The Portfolio Manager, Terminal Scheduling is a hybrid leadership role designed to drive operational excellence, strategic innovation, and organizational efficiency across Buckeye's terminal scheduling operations. This role combines hands-on scheduling activities and scheduling oversight with broader portfolio management responsibilities, including objective process evaluation, tool development input, and cross-functional collaboration. The position is initially focused on the Gulf Coast Region, with potential to scale influence across the broader terminal network. The Gulf Coast Region is of particular interest given that this is a collection of facilities that historically operated independently with varying practices and processes related to terminal scheduling. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience) is strongly preferred.
