This role is key to amplifying the impact of Verizon's Responsible Business programs within local communities through a dynamic blend of event strategy, promotions, and marketing. The Manager, Responsible Business Community Engagement & Events, will be a skilled project manager and operational expert who leads the entire lifecycle of an event, from initial planning and budgeting to execution, marketing and post-event analysis. These events will be designed to support our go-to-market strategy and resonate with program specific audiences such as small businesses, educators, workforce development professionals, individuals looking for new skillsets, as well as key local stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and influential nonprofit partners. A core function of this role is to develop and execute marketing, awareness and recruitment efforts for our Responsible Business CSR programs, leveraging events as a primary vehicle for engagement and promotion. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $94,500.00 - $165,000.00.
