Requisition ID req34511 Working Title Admin Assistant 2 Position Grade 07 Position Summary The UNM Health Sciences (HSC) Office for Community Health (OCH) is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant II. This position will work closely with Senior Leadership and the Administrative and Fiscal Teams for OCH, helping them support their mission to deliver community health. This position will play a pivotal role in assisting OCH with administrative activities and coordinates various administrative processes and projects, and will be part of the Shared Services in OCH. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills. The individual will have a working knowledge of or the ability to learn and use database applications, the web content management system, the administrative business system, and other systems or that may be used within the University/Center. In addition, this individual will assist with website updates, branding for the office, and mileage reimbursements. This position is eligible for a Hybrid work model with in office 3 days a week and home 2 days a week. See the Position Description for additional information. Conditions of Employment
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications
