POSITION SUMMARY
The Snowtubing Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring a safe, professional, and fun environment at our Tube Park business location for themselves, our guests, and other employees. They will assist the Activities Operations Manager with scheduling, time keeping, daily operations, POS transactions, and inventory management at the Coca-Cola Tube Park. The Snowtubing Park Supervisor is a full-time seasonal role. The pay range for this role is $22.00 - $24.00/hour, based on experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Oversee the day-to-day administration and supervision of the Tube Park operations and staff
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining all operational aspects of the Tube Park including tubing lanes and pedestrian areas
- Work with Tube Park Attendants to execute operations safely and seamlessly, from opening/closing procedures
- Address guests/staff concerns and identify areas for improvement
- Address and resolve any unsafe, unusual, abnormal situations, or incidents during operations
- Adhere to and implement all required safety policies and procedures for staff and guests
- Assist with interviewing, hiring and ensuring appropriate staffing levels
- Assist with scheduling and payroll procedures, ensuring accuracy in a timely manner
- Follow and support staff throughout their employment life cycle, with a focus on staff retention, continued training and development, feedback, support, and counseling as needed
- Clearly communicate and collaborate with third party vendors/contractors
- Collaborate with other departments resort wide
- Maintain excellent guest and employee rapport
- Attend and participate in daily, weekly, or monthly meetings as directed by the Activities Operations Manager
- Additional duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
- 2-4-year college degree in business, events, recreation, or related field, preferred
Experience:
- Previous supervisory experience, required
- Related experience with resort operations, outdoor recreation, or other ski area management, required
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer literacy skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, resort environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
