Job Summary: The Reservation Specialist serves as the first line of contact for Palisades Tahoe call-in guests. Agents' primary responsibility is to book products for guests in advance of their upcoming visit, answer inquiries regarding Palisades Tahoe Resort products, services, and lodging options and customize vacation packages to fit the needs of the guests, while providing excellent guest service and guidance. Agents work closely with first time visitors and guests with complex requests requiring the agent to have specific resort knowledge and attention to detail. Agents are also often tasked with outbound sales campaigns and other special projects as required. The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's total compensation package for employees.
