DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Audits and reconciles return authorization paperwork and repair facility invoices.
  • Updates and maintains program SharePoint sites for Dealer Returns and Development Parts.
  • Generate, review, and approve ECRs and ECOs for creation or revision of Serial number usage, Parts, BOMs and Specification documents in support of Dealer Returns and Development Parts.
  • Manage entry and updating system parameters such as Hardware Warranty days, Account reference numbers, Deduction Pricing, and Returns Part Pricing.
  • Assists with periodic systems user acceptance testing and evaluation as needed ensuring functionality and compliance.
  • Coordinates and performs activities associated with the development and improvement of policies and procedures.
  • Track progress/communicate with Internal and External Customers.
  • Creates and maintains status reports, returns guidelines, standard work documentation, manual credit statements and coordinates follow-up with internal and external business partners.
  • Error Report Handling for InComm Install Base Update Transmissions, RMA Auto-Authorization Failures, Account Set-Up, IB registrations and Collection Recovery.
  • Notifies business partners and retailers of product changes, revisions, deviations in support of NOA's returns management programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Provides non-technical support via telephone, and correspondence related to Nintendo's repairs programs.
  • Chairs meetings with repair subcontractors to review performance metrics and ensures accuracy of performance reports prior to stakeholder dissemination.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
  • Two years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Nintendo products.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Strong Microsoft Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Index/Match).
  • Experience in compiling business performance reports (KPIs).
  • Strong mathematical experience required.
  • Experience in Project Management methodologies.
  • Experience with Oracle, Agile, SharePoint and Tableau preferred.
  • Working knowledge of domestic and international logistics.
  • Requires working knowledge and skills developed through formal training, licensing/certification or work experience.
  • Requires established skills to perform a range of routine activities; this may include application of administrative or analytical/technical skills.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Customer service training preferred.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base pay range of $27.31 - $38.22 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
