We are seeking a Community Relations Manager who will lead Findorff's community engagement strategy, strengthen partnerships, and elevate our presence across Wisconsin. Community & Corporate Engagement: Represent Findorff at community events, civic forums, and key industry gatherings; actively engage on social media; and ensure the company maintains a strong, positive public presence.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture lasting relationships with community leaders, nonprofits, and business organizations, serving as a trusted liaison between Findorff and the community.
Volunteerism: Lead employee volunteer programs, plan team volunteer events, and share opportunities that encourage staff involvement and community impact.
Sponsorships & Philanthropy: Oversee philanthropic initiatives, sponsorships, and donations, aligning giving strategies with company values and priorities.
Youth & Education Engagement: Build relationships with schools, colleges, and youth programs to increase awareness of opportunities in the construction industry and support workforce development initiatives.
Internal Partnerships: Collaborate across departments to highlight Findorff's community impact, manage internal events, and promote a culture of belonging and inclusion.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in community relations, nonprofit engagement, public affairs, or similar roles.
Proven ability to lead outreach and engagement initiatives that deliver meaningful impact.
Strong understanding of nonprofit organizations, community dynamics, and stakeholder needs.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and volunteer program management.
Comfortable working some evenings and weekends as needed.
Construction industry or related experience is a plus.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field-or equivalent experience.
Deep knowledge of the Madison market and strong professional network in Wisconsin.
