Sr. Contracts Analyst (Vendor Management)

The Sr Contracts Analyst (Vendor Management) is responsible for the coordination, production, and administration of the supplier contracting process. The scope of this job includes preparing and tracking supplier contracts, price quotes, invoices and other negotiated documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft contracts, price quotes, invoices, and review and red-line contract language autonomously to ensure contracts meet legal requirements and align with company goals, while monitoring and mitigating risks.
• Manage complex contracts and negotiate master agreements that include amendments and complex language and provide guidance to internal teams.
• Manage tracking and administration of all contracts, price quotes, invoices, and other negotiated documents.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand their supply needs and ensure timely procurement.
• Draft and format letters, memorandum, and other documents, as well as maintain electronic forms and all appropriate paper and related files.
• Prepare and present procurement reports.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience

• Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
