We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Manager to support our client's team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with inventory systems, purchase orders, and hardware, and will be responsible for placing, tracking, and updating equipment orders across multiple product lines during each shift. Strong multitasking skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential. Key Responsibilities: Place equipment and hardware orders based on internal requests and inventory levels Track purchase orders through to delivery and update internal systems accordingly Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders Update and maintain records in inventory management software and spreadsheets Assist in receiving and organizing incoming inventory in the warehouse Report inventory discrepancies and propose solutions to resolve them Support multiple product lines simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy Communicate order status and delays proactively to relevant teams Contribute to ongoing improvements in inventory processes and accuracy Qualifications: Previous experience in inventory management, purchasing, or warehouse operations Familiarity with hardware or equipment inventory is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with inventory management software is preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
