We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Market Development Manager to drive the growth and distribution of our renowned spirits brands. As a vital member of our team, you will be the face of Gallo Spirits, representing our brand to accounts and distributors while fostering robust business relationships that enhance sales in your designated region. Your expertise in sales and marketing strategies will be key in executing our annual sales plan and maximizing the presence of Gallo Spirits in the market. In this role, you will collaborate closely with distributor personnel to implement monthly programs aimed at closing sales gaps and expanding our points of distribution. Your strategic planning skills will be essential as you allocate your time to maximize sales and nurture our brand presence across key accounts, particularly within the on-premise channel. You will be responsible for making insightful decisions, reallocating efforts based on business performance, and motivating distributor teams to achieve sales targets. Your ability to conduct spirit tastings and organize compelling evangelist initiatives will further boost our brand visibility. At Gallo Spirits, we value innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will leverage technology and digital assets to monitor market performance, identify opportunities, and support the commercialization of digital marketing programs. Your role will also involve gathering marketing intelligence, sharing insights with management, and ensuring alignment with state brand guidance. As a Gallo Spirits Ambassador, you will host events, utilize social media, and promote our brands within the community, all while managing business expenses and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
