We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Analyst to provide critical support to our U.S. Army customer. In this role, you will enable the organization's operational mission by planning, coordinating, and synchronizing daily operations across the enterprise. You will support the development and execution of the organization's operational battle rhythm, manage significant activity reporting, and ensure taskings are tracked, staffed, and completed in alignment with Army priorities. You will also assist in the planning and execution of senior leader visits, enterprise-level events, and contingency operations, providing the situational awareness and decision support required by leadership. To be successful, you will leverage your mastery of Army operations, staff processes, and mission synchronization to integrate efforts across the organization and higher headquarters. Additionally, must demonstrate the ability to coordinate effectively across the Redstone Arsenal enterprise, integrating efforts with multiple organizations to accomplish complex tasks and achieve organizational goals. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, and a strong commitment to mission readiness and enterprise integration.

Required

• BS or BA degree
• 16 years of relevant Army operations experience (preferably in aviation, missile, or test/evaluation organizations)
• Strong familiarity with Army operational planning, tasking processes, and staff synchronization
• Some travel required
• Must have an in-scope DoD Top Secret security clearance
