Will be responsible for overseeing the Kimberly-Clark, lnnovAsian, and Medline Assortment Studies Delivery function. In this role, manages the delivery of Assortment Studies to three of NIQ's major retail clients, Kimberly-Clark, lnnovAsian, and Medline. Oversees a team of indirect reports, for whom they assign tasks, reviews timelines, and sets deadlines, quality standards, best practices, and assignment templates. Communicates regularly with these reports to coach and guide them, set priorities, and review their work. Will manage the Kimberly-Clark, lnnovAsian, and Medline Assortment Studies Delivery function. The Kimberly-Clark, lnnovAsian, and Medline Assortment Studies Delivery function is essential to NielsenlQs business because it contributes an estimated $700,000 worth of revenue for NIQ each year. These customers represent major clients for NIQ, so successful delivery of high-quality assortment studies in a timely manner to them is of utmost importance to ensure that NIQ retains these clients as customers and continues to grow our business relations with them. Will exercise discretion over the day-to-day operations of the Kimberly-Clark, lnnovAsian, and Medline Assortment Studies Delivery function. Assigns tasks and provides direction to team of indirect reports, providing coaching and mentoring on best practices, how to meet assigned deadlines, client analyses and presentations, and other topics. Manages the project workloads for Kimberly-Clark, lnnovAsian, and Medline, approving or revising timelines reports draft at discretion, communicating with reports and the clients regarding project status on a regular basis and overseeing the provision of assignment templates for projects. Finally, acts as the main point of contact for managing NIQ's relationships with these clients by gathering their requirements for projects, communicating expectations, and determining the standards of quality and best practices for reports to follow for each client. Telecommuting permitted.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business and Marketing Analytic Storytelling or related and 4 years of experience required.

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $104,021 - $141,500Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role may be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
