Description

This position will represent the Behavioral Health Networks on internal work groups and committees, provide project management for business initiatives and regulatory issues, serve as a Behavioral Health Networks lead for cross-functional projects, assist in the analysis of external opportunities, participate in the development of presentations, and oversee other projects as assigned. Position has major responsibility for vendor management issues and issues effecting associated behavioral health providers.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 5 plus years of work experience in a Managed Care or Health Plan operational environment
  • Project Management experience strongly preferred


Skills and Abilities:



  • Working knowledge of Health Plan/Managed Care environments. Understanding of the different relationships across the broader healthcare environment on the provider side


  • Understanding of regulatory network filing requirements
  • Provider relations experience / understanding of claims lifecycle related is issue resolution


  • Must demonstrate strong analytical, and problem identification and resolution skills
  • Strong drive for results and accountability
  • Excellent ability to use Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week.

The full salary range for this position is $55,400 - $95,000. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
