SummaryThis role will be responsible for the design, development, and manufacturing processes of rotating x-ray tube anodes, including braze/diffusion bonding and heat treatment processes. This includes troubleshooting issues that arise during development and during day-to-day operations. It will also involve supporting process improvements and the introduction of new processes. Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate for this position is a highly analytical and detail-focused development and/or process engineer who is passionate about product development, continuous improvement, and achieving operational excellence. It is preferred that they have strong skills in anode development and manufacturing, as well as heat treatment, braze, and diffusion-bonding experience. They should be familiar with and capable of qualifying new parts/processes and be able to effectively diagnose the root causes of process or production challenges. The candidate should excel in collaborating across functions to conduct root cause analyses, implement sustainable corrective actions, and lead initiatives to enhance productivity.
