Position Title: SharePoint Developer

Summary of Duties: Responsible for the design and development of SharePoint websites at all Kraft Group (TKG) companies. Develop and support customized SharePoint solutions. Responsible for configuring and customizing SharePoint systems according to company specifications, building scalable web applications and training staff. Develop and configure company SharePoint systems to specified requirements. Implement SharePoint-based workflows as well as development of Business Intelligence dashboards. Develop, customize and enhance SharePoint applications utilizing web parts, workflows, and alerts. Create web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management. Extend SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts and application technologies. Create and manage SPO sites, workflows, complex forms, and user access. Provide systems training to staff and customers and develop new web components using XML, .NET, SQL and C#. Work closely with customers and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Ensure process integrity and conduct continual quality control. Improve processes and efficiencies on an ongoing basis and assist in creating technical documentation of systems and infrastructure. Work on special projects and assignments as business dictates. Responsible for creation, maintenance and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by Confidentiality and Privacy Standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Data Engineer, Technical Specialist (IT), Software Engineer or related role. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Use Power Apps to design and implement custom, low-code applications that interface seamlessly with SharePoint and other data sources to streamline business workflows, enhance data entry, and provide end-users with tailored, friendly solutions; Use Power Automate to automate business processes within the SharePoint platform; and Use Power BI developer to create interactive reports and dashboards, pulling data from SharePoint lists to provide business insights and real-time analytics to ensure accessible, actionable information for decision-making leadership across the organization. Must have any amount of experience with: Use SQL Server to manage and query databases that support all applications, and design efficient database schemas, optimize performance, and integrate SQL Server data directly with SharePoint web parts and applications; and Use RESTful API development to extend applications' capabilities through integration with external systems.
