The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

The Concierge will coordinate the operations of the Patient Information, welcome and greet patients, assist with the navigation program and ensure a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

The goal is achieved through various channels by working with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors coming through the door to achieve a high level of satisfaction and enhance first impressions.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Flexibility required to cover 2 weekends per month and holidays as needed. Hours will vary between the timeframe of 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with start and end times fluctuating.

Preferred:

• Healthcare Experience Helpful
