Position Summary: CAS is currently seeking a Software Engineer to be part of our Technology Talent Acceleration Program (TechTAP) for the cohort starting in July of 2026. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Job Accountabilities: The CAS Technology Talent Acceleration Program (TechTAP) offers high potential and passionate early career technologists an opportunity to grow their business acumen, leadership and technical skills while building a career with unlimited potential. Participants in the program lead by doing, gaining real-world experience by working on important and challenging projects while exploring various technical functional areas within CAS. The program involves a variety of assignments which allow the participant to rotate through functional areas such as Application Development, Big Data/Content Management, Information Security, Infrastructure, and Business Technology. Participants in the program are identified as key future leaders for the organization and will benefit from accelerated investment enhancing leadership skills.
