• Create craft cocktails, pour beverages, and serve guests with accuracy and flair.

• Provide welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests.

• Engage with guests by sharing recommendations, stories behind cocktails, and menu insights.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company liquor regulations.

• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.

• Collaborate with cocktail servers and bar backs to deliver seamless service.

• Assist with inventory, stocking, and bar setup/breakdown.

• Support other duties as requested by management.

• Prior bartending experience preferred, especially in a high-volume or craft cocktail environment.

• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits with the ability to create and explain cocktails.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create memorable guest experiences.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

• Ability to carry and lift up to 25 lbs.

• A passion for hospitality, creativity, and delivering elevated service.
