Job Summary We are looking for a talentedRestaurant Managerto oversee daily operations across multiple food & beverage outlets within a high-end hospitality setting. This role calls for a hands-on leader who combinesrefined hospitality, strong financial acumen, and a passion for food and wine. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, maintaining exceptional guest and client relationships, and ensuring service and quality standards are consistently exceeded. What you'll do: Oversee daily restaurant operations and multiple F&B outlets, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction Partner with culinary and beverage teams to deliver top-quality dining experiences Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, clients, employees, and internal departments Manage budgets, P&L, and purchasing in line with financial goals Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold service standards and operational excellence What we're looking for: 2-4 years of fine dining restaurant management experience Comprehensive food and wine knowledge, including pairings and menu collaboration Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing budgets, purchasing, and operational systems Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management technology ServSafe certification preferred Associate's degree or higher in Hospitality or related field preferred Apply to Restaurant Associates today!
