Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and polishedMaitre D'to serve as the face of our dining room and ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. This is a key leadership position for someone who embodiesold-school hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine warmthin every interaction.

As Maitre D', you will set the tone for the dining experience, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and working closely with service and culinary teams to deliver flawless execution in a high-volume, fine dining environment.

What you'll do:
  • Greet, welcome, and engage guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage reservations, seating charts, and flow of the dining room to maximize both guest experience and revenue
  • Collaborate with servers, sommeliers, and culinary teams to anticipate guest needs and personalize experiences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with returning guests, creating a sense of recognition and loyalty
  • Train, guide, and support host and service staff in service standards and guest relations
  • Handle guest concerns with poise and solution-oriented professionalism

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Maitre D', Head Host, or senior front-of-house leader in fine dining
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a refined presence
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume floor
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality etiquette, guest recognition, and service flow
  • A guest-first mindset, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
