Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager to lead and elevate our food and beverage operations across a premier, multi-outlet hospitality environment. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in high-touch, guest-centric settings and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences through innovation, precision, and team development.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all food and beverage operations for the Cafe, Coffee Shop and Catering Business, ensuring consistent quality and hospitality across all service periods and outlets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, optimize costs, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage financial performance, including P&L accountability, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team through recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
  • Foster strong client and guest relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop innovative menus and deliver exceptional food quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service standards, operational efficiencies, and team development.
  • Enforce all Compass Group and regulatory standards, including health, safety, HR, and sanitation protocols.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive F&B leadership experience, including multi-unit oversight.
  • Proven success in managing food and beverage operations in luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs.
  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost control.
  • Demonstrated ability to elevate guest satisfaction through personalized service, innovation, and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top-tier talent.
  • Ability to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of health department regulations, food safety standards, and alcohol compliance.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and hospitality analytics platforms.
  • Strong financial acumen and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
