The North Hollywood, Quality Assurance Technician will work within PSG policies and procedures to optimize Product Quality productivity, reduce process variation & improve overall customer satisfaction. The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for performing inspections 50-75% of the time on all procured parts to ensure compliance with Process & Engineering requirements. This position will assemble reports to document quality functional status, document changes, and monitor operational metrics to discover areas for improvement and implement necessary controls to achieve the required performance. Additionally, this position requires knowledge of operational systems and practical experience working with ETQ Reliance Quality Management System (QMS) applications and will be responsible for supporting activities to facilitate implementation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, and its related processes and procedures. Guidance is provided with QMS and ISO by the Manufacturing Quality Director and Operations Manager. Education / Experience:Associates level degree with a minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment or 2 or more years of college level training or accredited Quality certifications, in conjunction with minimum 6 years' manufacturing experience may apply. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Knowledge of ANSI-14.5-2018. Duties and Responsibilities: * Able to perform AS9102 First Article Inspection Work Arrangement : Onsite at PSG California's North Hollywood location. Pay Range: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
