Responsible for overseeing chamber cleaning operations within the assigned region, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through the implementation of high-quality field service processes. This role focuses on optimizing technician productivity and operational efficiency while proactively identifying customer needs and escalating issues in a timely manner. Fosters a collaborative and empowered team environment, promoting unity and alignment across regional and departmental teams. Partners cross-functionally with internal departments to address customer inquiries and technical concerns effectively. Works in close collaboration with the Director of Service Marketing and Service Engineering to support product enhancements, new product development, and evolving customer requirements. Leads and drives Lean initiatives to continuously improve existing processes and service delivery standards. What you'll do as a Region Manager, Specialty Services

Pay range for this opportunity is$105,400.00-$136,400.00.This position is eligible forbonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
