Job Description:

Perform rough and finish grinding operations to prepare parts for all types of paint finishes. Repair bad weld joints to a state that appears cosmetically pleasing. Must understand grades of abrasive and their uses to obtain required finishes, while maintaining an acceptable level of production. Use disc grinders or belt grinders to remove material to meet required dimensions. Analyze the quality of ground surface to its capability of meeting a specific finish requirement.
