  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, recruiting strategies, and timelines.

  • Build candidate pipelines through sourcing strategies, networking, referrals, and external partnerships.

  • Leverage Workday and other tools to manage HR and recruiting processes, ensure compliance, and maintain reporting accuracy.

  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through recruiting and HR programs.

  • Partner and coordinate with the HRBP supporting other sites, acting as their backup when needed.

  • Represent Ultra I&C at career fairs, industry events, and community engagements.

  • Travel occasionally to other U.S. sites to provide HR or recruiting support.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of progressive HR and recruitment experience (or Associate degree with 7+ years).

  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

  • Demonstrated success in full lifecycle recruiting, ideally in technical fields (engineering, IT, software/systems).

  • Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms (Workday preferred).

  • U.S. Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior HRBP or site HR experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting industries.

  • Strong business acumen with ability to influence leaders and build trusted partnerships.
