Hub for Food Systems Communication and Engagement. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Interfacing with industry partners and interdisciplinary researchers
- Event planning for stakeholder engagement workshops
- Mentoring undergraduate and graduate researchers
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research (data collection, analysis, and interpretation)
- Writing research manuscripts for peer-reviewed publication
