TheYield & Inventory Manager(Data Analyst) is responsible for subject matter expertise on Spectrum Reach's inventory landscape and will provide best in class support for our growing business. Responsible for performing critical inventory analysis and providing insights to maximize yield and grow revenue. Work closely with cross-functional teams on yield management and analytical guidance. This includes but is not limited to analyzing supply partnerships and monitoring programmatic performance. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Effective verbal and written business communications skills Ability to multitask and be detailed oriented Knowledge of the advertising industry including yield optimization, pricing and inventory, and programmatic buying/selling Demonstrate analytical skills Deep understanding of impressions-based media math Experience in supply & demand environments Team player with experience in cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization Proven organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently Understanding of high-level yield and monetization strategy Experience working on and implementing projects and rolling out initiatives Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Understanding of data aggregation/Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables) Required Education
Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience
Required Related Work Experience
3+ years of media Inventory work experience
3+ years of consultative relationships with sales
2+ years of linear and/or digital video advertising environment experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Understanding of digital ad serving platforms (e.g., Freewheel's MRM).
Understanding of high-level yield and monetization strategy
Experience in programmatic & RTB environments
Preferred Related Work Experience
1+ years of experience with programmatic yield

The base pay for this position generally is between $81,960.00 and $106,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
