Content Design Producer Product, Design & Marketing Team This is a 3-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in New York, NY. Summary We are seeking a Content Design Producer to support the Content Design team within the Product, Design & Marketing organization. This role plays a critical part in managing the full project lifecycle-from intake and requirements gathering through delivery-across multichannel projects. The Producer will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including design, editorial, engineering, business, legal, and marketing teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with organizational goals. Our Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience producing consumer-facing design initiatives in-house or at an agency Passion for digital publishing, media, or related fields with a strong foundation in project and program management Proficient in Slack, Wrike (or similar project management platforms), and Box (or similar content management tools) Familiarity with digital design concepts and terminology across web, app, email, photography, and social media Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, editorial, engineering, and business stakeholders Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 3-5 at a time) across multiple channels Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable navigating ambiguity Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail Confident leading stakeholder reviews, setting clear agendas, and fostering alignment among diverse personalities Organized, proactive, and able to anticipate challenges while driving solutions Job Description In this role, you will manage the end-to-end production of content design projects, ensuring efficiency, clarity, and high-quality results. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders-including editorial, design, engineering, and marketing teams-to deliver multichannel content that spans in-app experiences, email, and social platforms. This includes scoping work, managing timelines, facilitating stakeholder reviews, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will also support ongoing team operations, maintain project tools and documentation, and help streamline communication across departments, contributing to the overall success of the Content Design team. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Communications, Design, Marketing, or Project Management) or equivalent experience Background in design production, project management, publishing, or related disciplines Experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical project requirements Preferred: familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers Additional Requirements Please include a resume with your application This opportunity is located in New York, NY and requires hybrid work (on-site Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday and Friday) The pay for this W-2 position is $72.17 per hour This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements Mathys+Potestio values applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
