ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sr. Go-To-Market Specialist, you'll help bring HR programs to life through clear and inclusive communications. You'll create and manage communication plans, messaging, and feedback loops to ensure employees are informed and engaged throughout their journey with the company. The ideal candidate will have an enterprise mindset and bring a collaborative approach, a strong sense of ownership, and a desire to grow their understanding of programs across the HR function.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Experience Partners, and HR Program Managers to develop timely and relevant messaging.
  • Develop and execute communication plansthat align with HR program goals, business needs, and employee audiences.
  • Design and deliver clear, engaging, and inclusive content for HR programs and initiatives.
  • Manage communication channels and communication calendars to support awareness and adoption.
  • Create and maintain communication templates, guidelines, and frameworks.

YOU ARE

  • Experienced at designing communication plans for global and diverse employee audiences.
  • A collaborative partner to stakeholders, ensuring messaging is aligned, inclusive, and tailored to audience needs and program goals.
  • Able to support content development for a variety of digital and analog channels, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Comfortable presenting communication plans and messaging with stakeholders.
  • Analytical, with the ability to monitor metrics and share recommended strategies to optimize communication effectiveness.
  • Proficient at incorporating employee survey data and feedback to communication planning and messaging.

YOU HAVE

  • 5-8 years of experience in HR or employee communications.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing communication plans.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent collaboration and project coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
