Crop Biologicals is a new and fast-growing business unit within IFF, delivering sustainable agriculture solutions through microbially derived biopesticides, biofertilizers, and biostimulants. Our strategy is to develop and partner with third-party innovators to license cutting-edge microbial technologies and apply IFF's formulation, scale-up, and commercialization capabilities to bring efficacious, stabilized products to market. We are committed to reducing reliance on traditional chemical inputs and accelerating the adoption of environmentally responsible crop protection and nutrition products.

• Lead and manage regulatory and product safety strategy for Crop Biologicals products venture within IFF
• Drive regulatory initiatives to enable product launches in the U.S., with phased international expansion
• Oversee regulatory activities across federal, state, and global jurisdictions
• Ensure compliance with requirements for biopesticides, biofertilizers, and biostimulants
• Collaborate with external consulting firms and internal stakeholders on product registrations and submissions
• Provide regulatory input throughout the product lifecycle, from development to commercialization
• Monitor global regulatory trends and evolving standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities to support advocacy efforts
• Collaborate with global EHS and Product Stewardship experts to implement biosafety and industrial hygiene practices

• Master's or advanced degree in Agronomy, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• 8-10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs within agricultural biologicals or related sectors
• Expertise in U.S. (EPA FIFRA, USDA PPA, state-level) and international regulatory frameworks
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and external consultants
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
• Strong executive presence when interacting with business leadership and key customer partnerships

• Proven leadership in global regulatory strategy for biologicals
• Experience with industry associations and regulatory advocacy
• Passion for sustainability and regenerative agriculture

Compensation ($120-$140k) is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and location. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, holidays, paid parental leave (maternity and paternity), and an annual bonus plan.
