The Opportunity

As a Desktop Publisher, you have a passion for bringing ideas to life on the page and screen. You're enthusiastic about creating compelling and compliant layouts for a variety of print and digital materials, including presentations, playbooks, toolkits, and more. You'll apply expertise in layout and design work to transform ideas about culture and people strategy into visuals and documents that inspire people to connect, learn, and take action.

You'll take raw content and turn it into professional materials that feel clear, human, and on-brand while helping set and maintain a consistent look and feel across materials. Your creativity and attention to detail are key, along with a collaborative spirit. Whether it's a quick on-pager or a major report, you make sure our brand and spirit shine through.

This role calls for excellent design and publishing tool skills, including PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as a curiosity about people, culture, and organizational strategy. You don't need to be an HR expert but you should be excited about helping people connect to ideas and ready to jump into a fast-moving environment.

You Have:

  • Experienceusing Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience with SharePoint Design

  • Experiencewith graphic design and layout

  • Ability to build pages using existing templates

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years ofexperiencein graphic design or 7+ years ofexperiencein graphic design in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with data visualization

  • Experience in multi-media design

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
