We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Partner to lead and execute large-scale talent acquisition initiatives that will shape the future of DTFS at our new Charlotte location. As a strategic partner to the business, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting and onboarding over 100 new employees, helping to establish a dynamic and inclusive workforce that reflects our values and ambitions. We Take Care of Our Team

Position offers a starting salary range of$86,000 - $110,000 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience

What You Drive at DTFS

  • Lead full cycle recruiting for a wide range of professional roles across finance, risk, operations, and customer service.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent from local banks, financial institutions, and other relevant industries.
  • Build compelling narratives to position Daimler Truck Financial Services as a career destination for high-performing professionals.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategies with business goals.
  • Leverage Workday and LinkedIn reporting to extract meaningful talent insights, translating key metrics into compelling narratives that inform strategy, influence decisions, and drive business impact.
  • Represent Daimler Financial Services at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions to build brand awareness and talent pipelines.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and creating a welcoming, engaging environment for new team members-ensuring every individual feels valued, connected, and excited to be part of DTFS from day one.
  • Serve as the lead talent advisor to HR Business Partners, supporting key HR initiatives beyond traditional recruiting responsibilities. Collaborate to drive business transformation goals-bringing a talent-focused perspective to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in professional recruiting, with a focus on large-scale hiring initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in passive candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services talent landscape, particularly in the Charlotte region.
  • Strong storytelling and employer branding skills.
  • Experience with modern recruiting tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Experience with Workday ATS.
  • Experience executing employer branding campaigns.

This role will initially be based at the DTNA office in Fort Mill, SC, with a planned transition to the new DTFS Charlotte, NC location once it opens in Q2 2026
