Job Title: Avature System Administrator

Job Type: Contract (W2)

Start Date: October 13, 2025

End Date: May 30, 2026 (with potential for extension)

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day (Standard Day Shift)

Compensation: $29.00-$34.00 per hour W2 - No C2C

About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy Avature System Administrator to support a global consulting client's Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Avature ATS platform, ensuring it aligns with business and technical requirements. You'll collaborate closely with IT and the Avature Platform Manager to lead testing, documentation, and implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into configuration specifications

Implement and test system enhancements and configuration changes

Maintain system documentation and support ad hoc projects

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platform effectiveness

Assist in implementing new tools and systems in the Talent Acquisition space

Create and maintain SOPs and workflow diagrams

Lead testing efforts including test case creation and execution

Communicate effectively across teams to meet project timelines

Qualifications

Required:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of Avature system administration experience
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, especially recruiting
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting HR systems and responding to user inquiries
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems like SAP and ATS integrations
  • Customer service mindset with consistent follow-through



Preferred:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, IT/Technology, or related field
  • Avature System Administrator certification
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
