Are you detail-oriented, highly motivated, and passionate about safety and security? Join our client's team as a Video Room Monitor, where you'll play a critical role in managing video surveillance footage, supporting store safety initiatives, and partnering with associates and law enforcement to protect our partner company and community. Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $20/hr. Essential Tasks: Serve as the main point of contact for district and store management regarding video retention needs. Retain and provide video footage for customer/associate incidents and law enforcement investigations. Monitor compliance with the company's sweep program and report safety concerns. Oversee store video systems, report issues, and ensure systems are functioning properly. Maintain professional working relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement. Collaborate with district leaders, store teams, Safety, and Asset Protection to execute business plans. Travel as needed to assist other divisions and maintain flexibility to work any shift. Always comply with company policies and safety regulations while demonstrating core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Qualifications Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic Microsoft Office skills. Ability to multi-task, work independently, and adapt to diverse situations. Strong communication skills, initiative, and motivation. High integrity with the ability to maintain confidential information. Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to safety.
