Are you detail-oriented, highly motivated, and passionate about safety and security? Join our client's team as a Video Room Monitor, where you'll play a critical role in managing video surveillance footage, supporting store safety initiatives, and partnering with associates and law enforcement to protect our partner company and community.

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $20/hr.

Essential Tasks:



  • Serve as the main point of contact for district and store management regarding video retention needs.
  • Retain and provide video footage for customer/associate incidents and law enforcement investigations.
  • Monitor compliance with the company's sweep program and report safety concerns.
  • Oversee store video systems, report issues, and ensure systems are functioning properly.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement.
  • Collaborate with district leaders, store teams, Safety, and Asset Protection to execute business plans.
  • Travel as needed to assist other divisions and maintain flexibility to work any shift.
  • Always comply with company policies and safety regulations while demonstrating core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.




Qualifications



  • Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and adapt to diverse situations.
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, and motivation.
  • High integrity with the ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to safety.
