Exciting news at Staffmark! We are hiring for an entry-level Metal Polisher position in Baxter, MN. Training will be provided, read on to learn more! Schedule: 2pm - 12am, Monday - Thursday Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr. (Based on experience) Key Responsibilities: Prep and clean tooling surfaces for finishing. Polish, grind, and smooth surfaces using appropriate tools and machinery. Inspect parts for quality and consistency; refinish as required. Operate polishing/deburring equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces. Record completed work and communicate any defects or corrections needed. Requirements: Hands-on experience in metal finishing and polishing. Comfort with hand tools, power tools, and polishing machines. Blueprint reading or technical drawing interpretation. Keen eye for detail and consistency. Physical endurance for standing and handling parts. Familiarity with safety procedures and ISO or QC standards. We have tons of perks!
