Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Elementary Education or related field preferred

  • State teaching certificate preferred

  • Meet federal, as well as individual state requirements and maintain credentials for the position
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate curriculum

Compensation:

The annual rate for this position is between $38,180.00 - $44,290.00 / annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

This position is also eligible for a hiring incentive of $1,250.00 Full Time or $750.00 Part Time payable upon 100 days of employment.
