Overview LMI is seeking a skilled Senior Compliance Consultant to lead the development and execution of a compliance program at a national agency. The Senior Compliance Consultant will help manage the day-to-day activities of the LMI team tasked with building a modernized, risk-informed governance, risk, and compliance framework. They will be responsible for supporting the multiple phases of the project ensuring policies, controls, monitoring activities, issue management, and investigations align to best practices. This position will report directly to the Program Manager. The Senior Compliance Consultant will coordinate governance, risk, and compliance framework development and communicating recommendations to USPS stakeholders. A successful Senior Compliance Consultant will be able to act as the right hand of the PM in facilitation team activities, shepherding forward excellent products, and delivering high-quality outputs to the client. They will have professional and conceptual agility to design and execute compliance risk mitigation and information solutions that are adaptive to client risks and requirements.
