Exemption Status: ExemptJob Description: Location: One Trinity Place, San Antonio, TX 78212 Develop and update comprehensive plan for the cultivation of residency opportunities: Serve as liaison with residency organization throughout the On-Campus resident search process to coordinate interviews, resident selection, residency offers and implementation of the residency. Coordinate recruiting, admissions and residency placement processes with department faculty and staff. Coordinate and participate in On-Campus candidate interviews. Maintain relationships with established organizations and preceptors for the On-Campus residency process. Coordinate the financial aid application process for the departments starting with the application process, faculty review and On-Campus candidate notification. Formulate strategic plans for the institution such as the recruitment of prospective applicants for the On-Campus Program: Communicate with prospects by phone, email, in person and written correspondence. Advise on-campus applicants with and throughout the application process. Communicate with admitted On-Campus candidates regularly through matriculation. Coordinate residency search processes with each On-Campus student, including residency introduction and preparation, resume preparation, interview preparation and residency selection guidance. Reviews On-Campus candidate application materials. Oversee facilities management for the university by directing, coordinating and evaluating one staff position and multiple graduate assistants. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all policies and applicable laws. Interview, hire and train employees; plan, assign and direct work; create work schedules and conduct performance appraisals, counsel, and discipline employees; and address complaints and resolves problems. Meet regularly with and provides guidance to staff. Plan, organize, facilitate, and participate in college committee activities such as an annual On-Campus preceptors' conference event. Represent institution and the program at On-Campus program recruiting events such as college campus events, professional organizations' events, and conferences. Plan, design and final product for On-Campus program print advertising and marketing pieces (brochures, ads, etc.). Educ./experience: PhD degree or foreign equivalent in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs, Higher Education Administration, or related field, plus two (2) year of post-baccalaureate experience as a Regional & International Coordinator, Academic Advisor, or in a related position. Experience must include developing and coordinating related programs, strategic planning for student recruitment and summer camp programs, marketing principles, student information systems such as Banner, Recruiter, Microsoft Office Suite, Qualtrics, MailChimp and Blackboard.
