Information Technology Project Manager - Senior

Position Description: ThinkTek is seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Manager - Senior to provide leadership and oversight for critical DoD projects. This role requires a proven ability to manage large-scale technology initiatives, implement agile project management practices, and deliver data-driven results. The IT Project Manager will lead governance forums, ensure alignment with DoD policies, and provide executive-level communications to senior leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead agile project management activities to ensure timely and effective delivery of program objectives.
• Prepare briefing materials, visual aids, and present to senior leaders within the DoD.
• Oversee data ingestion automation, quality assurance/quality control, and risk management activities.
• Apply knowledge of DPRI and DoD policies/initiatives to ensure compliance and alignment.
• Develop and manage project management and data management plans.
• Facilitate governance forums, monitor program critical paths, and implement adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to ensure objectives, risks, and deliverables are clearly communicated.

Required Qualifications:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (minimum).
• 5+ years of project management experience within DoD or federal environments.
• Expertise in agile project management methodologies.
• Experience preparing and delivering executive-level briefings and visual presentations.
• Strong background in data ingestion automation, QA/QC, and risk management.
• Familiarity with DPRI and other DoD policies and initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop project and data management plans and lead governance forums.
