Web Developer - Journeyman (O365 Developer)

Position Description: ThinkTek is seeking an experienced Web Developer - Journeyman (O365 Developer) to provide ongoing sustainment, minor fixes, and incremental enhancements to the O365 Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience scaling products to meet evolving requirements, supporting organizational change management, and producing high-quality technical deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Provide sustainment and enhancement support to the O365 Power Platform.
• Scale products and solutions to meet new and expanding needs.
• Capture, prioritize, and manage change requests effectively.
• Organize, analyze, and prepare data reports to support decision-making.
• Develop training materials and provide knowledge transfer for end-users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver incremental improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (minimum).
• 5+ years of experience as a Web Developer or O365 Developer.
• Hands-on experience with the O365 Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proven experience managing change requests and implementing enhancements.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to develop training materials and conduct end-user support sessions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
