Are you ready to take on the challenge of transforming technical concepts into visually engaging and clear narratives? Do you want to be the driving force behind the visual identity of our Field Systems segment, turning complex, technical information into compelling and impactful designs?

What You Will Do

As a Graphic Design Professional on our team, you'll be the primary production designer and lead visual storyteller for the Field Systems segment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on a blend of creativity and meticulous execution. You will partner with various teams-including marketing, sales, product development, and executive leadership-to ensure our brand is not just maintained but elevated.

Your work will be crucial in producing a wide range of materials, from high-impact presentations in Google Slides to digital assets optimized with Adobe Creative Suite. You will ensure all visual materials are compelling, accurate, and aligned with our Trimble brand guidelines.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as the primary production designer for various projects, ensuring all visual materials adhere to Trimble's brand guidelines as a part of our go-to-market activities in the Field Systems segment.

  • Acting as the lead visual storyteller for the Field Systems segment, translating complex information into compelling designs.

  • Designing and producing high-impact presentations in Google Slides for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite for image editing, manipulation, and optimization.

  • Providing creative direction on design projects to strengthen and enhance the Trimble brand.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative visual solutions.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in design principles and a passion for brand consistency.

  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work, particularly presentation and production design.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.

  • A proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visual content.

  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.

Helpful Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a B2B environment.

  • Proficiency with other marketing and design tools like Canva, Knak, or Creatopy.

  • Experience in providing creative direction that adheres to and builds upon established brand identities.
