Project Coordinator

Staffmark is hiring a Project Coordinator in Crystal Lake, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional with a technical mindset to take ownership of complex order management while working across multiple departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Some weekend availability may be required

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Level 4 complex orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and customer requirements are met
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage order timelines and adjust as needed
• Monitor project deliverables to keep everything on track
• Manage procurement of materials and services related to complex projects
• Develop supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely delivery of required items
• Work with engineering and technical teams to understand product specifications
• Ensure technical requirements are documented and clearly communicated
• Provide basic technical support to internal staff and customers
• Act as a central point of contact for internal departments, suppliers, and customers
• Facilitate seamless communication across all teams involved
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn product specifications
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
