This internship is full-time during the Summer of 2026 with the potential to work part-time during the academic year. The hourly rate for this internship is $22.00 with paid company holidays. This position offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with time spent in the Milwaukee office. Power Operations is responsible for day-ahead and real-time electric trading operations for WEC's utility and non-utility projects in wholesale electric markets. The group works to optimize electric load forecasting, generation cost and availability, environmental testing, and load management programs to mitigate risk and promote favorable financial outcomes while reliably serving load. End Date: 11/15/2025 Pay Range Minimum: $22.00 Pay Range Maximum: $26.24 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
