Our regional support center provides resources to our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations, Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and Communications.

What We're Looking For:

An enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Recreation Manager to help lead, train, and develop the recreation team. In this role, you'll drive a culture of service excellence and guest safety while supporting a wide array of engaging recreational experience.

What You Will Do:

* Assist in overseeing daily operations for Recreation, Fitness Center, and Safety Programs-ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest expectations.

* Serve as the acting Recreation Manager in their absence.

* Manage and monitor all pool and recreation activities, including guest programs, and towel service

* Lead training of all recreation team members.

* Foster internal awareness and promotion of recreation offerings to maximize guest engagement and revenue opportunities.

* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality across all recreational areas

* Lead monthly staff meetings and training sessions to reinforce safety protocols and service standards.

* Analyze trends and guest feedback to evolve our recreational offerings and enhance satisfaction.

* Notifies appropriate individual promptly and fully of problems and/or unusual matters of significance

Your Experience Includes:

* Must be able to swim and be comfortable in and around water for an entire shift

* Must be able to complete and maintain current Lifeguard certification to include written and practical exams

* Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

* Must complete monthly in-service training requirements

* Must hold clean motor vehicle driving record upon request

* High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is preferred

* Licensed Lifeguard Instructor certification preferred
