Information Systems Specialist, Intermediate

Undergraduate Admissions

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is seeking to hire a Slate CRM Manager. This position will manage all the technology that supports the recruitment functions of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Qualified candidates must have extensive experience with a customer relationship management system such as Slate, TargetX, Hobsons, Banner, etc.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Responsible for the upload of student leads and applicant data to the Slate CRM system.

* Uses Argos for report generation and produces enrollment reports for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions for the purpose of forecasting prospect and applicant trends leading to better enrollment results

* Maintains data integrity in CRM program to ensure the accuracy of prospect and applicant reports through a query module.

* Manages the successful migration of prospect and applicant data in CRM, as well as the purging and cleaning prospect and applicant data in CRM

* Perform preliminary data analysis leading to performance and process improvement; examine numbers and data to come to a conclusion based on the findings; perform data analysis, design and develop critical ad hoc reports

* Coordinating application launch requirements through liaising with application vendors

* Supporting the development of process enhancements and implementing necessary changes in the Slate system

* Supporting external departments for report provisioning and other data requests
Download SAT/ACT and AP scores, as well as assist with testing all applications and test score layouts

* Backup tester for changes in the Axiom layout and reporting on any needed changes or fixes

* Work directly with the enrollment leadership team to develop ad hoc reports, conduct data investigation and fact-finding

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
