Product Registration Representative Location:East Syracuse, NY Job ID: #71455 Pay Range: $16-19.50 Job Description: Provide support to our Distributor Network Communicate warranty coverage updates to our Distribution Network Ensure that product model/serial numbers are loaded into our system Communicate with Distributor Warranty Admins via email and telephone How the Product Registration Team helps our customers: Provide website navigation instruction for registering products online Register equipment for homeowners when customer has no internet access Provide customer warranty information Make corrections to product registrations as needed by homeowners, dealers, or distributors Refer customer to correct person/team when not a registration issue Provide customer with product registration confirmations when needed Job Requirements: 0-2 years experience in customer service 0-2 years experience with Word/Excel/Powerpoint Salesforce experience preferred HS Diploma/GED Benefits provided: 401K Medical, dental, and vision Sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
