1st or 2nd Shift

$35 - $40 per hour (based on experience)

Desired Skills & Experience



  • 2+ years of experience in medical, automotive, electronics, or aerospace assembly
  • Strong knowledge of basic tools: torque wrenches, crimping tools, multimeter, calipers, and pressure gauges
  • Familiarity with CAD programs and job routers
  • Ability to work safely with high-voltage and high-energy equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet precision manufacturing standards



Manufacturing Technician Summary

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing and metrology equipment while supporting NASA programs, government agencies, and commercial space missions. If you have a background in medical device assembly, automotive manufacturing, electronics, or aerospace hardware, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities



  • Process and inspect incoming flight hardware
  • Perform precision cleaning, tagging, and space hardware assembly at both subcomponent and top levels
  • Conduct manufacturing acceptance testing, including visual inspections, dimensional measurements, electrical checks, and leak testing
  • Operate and maintain advanced production equipment such as:

    • Heat-treating furnaces
    • X-ray and electron beam welding machines
    • Induction brazing machines
    • MIG/TIG and orbital welders
    • Optical microscopes, 3D profilers, and CMM equipment


  • Collaborate with Design Engineering teams by providing Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) feedback
