Job Summary: To lead the digital transformation and growth of our parts and service business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that enhances customer experience, drives online sales, and integrates seamlessly with our broader aftermarket operations.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategic Leadership


    • Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy for vehicle sales, parts, and services.
    • Align digital initiatives with overall business goals and dealership operations.


  • Platform Management


    • Oversee the performance and optimization of e-commerce platforms (e.g., dealer websites, third-party marketplaces).
    • Ensure seamless integration with CRM, inventory, and payment systems.
    • Oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).



  • Marketing & Conversion


    • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive traffic through SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
    • Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to increase conversion rates.


  • Analytics & Reporting


    • Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, cart abandonment, and customer retention.
    • Use data to identify trends, improve UX/UI, and inform strategic decisions.


  • Team & Vendor Management


    • Lead cross-functional teams including digital marketing, IT, and customer service.
    • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners.


  • Customer Experience


    • Ensure a frictionless online shopping experience from browsing to checkout.
    • Implement personalization strategies and post-sale engagement tools.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in e-commerce/websites, with at least 3+ years in the automotive sector
  • Strong understanding of automotive retail operations and digital transformation
  • Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Magento, or proprietary dealer systems
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and A/B testing
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills


Preferred Experience:



  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and inventory feeds
  • Experience with omni-channel retail strategies and mobile-first design
  • Knowledge of compliance and data privacy regulations in automotive e-commerce
  • MBA
